Partner specialising in commercial intellectual property transactions, and is mainly concerned with agreements for the development, acquisition and exploitation of technology, brands and other intellectual property rights; has experience in drafting and negotiating development and licence agreements in the pharmaceutical, biotech, IT and e-commerce sectors, advising technology clients on the protection and exploitation of their intellectual property rights, including patents, know-how, copyright, design right and trade marks.
