Career

Iain is a member of the Real Estate Litigation team and is based in Birmingham. He has 29 years’ post qualification litigation experience. For more than 20 years, he has specialised in real estate litigation and has a recognised expertise in dealing with commercial landlord and tenant issues.

Iain has a wealth of real estate litigation expertise but the focus of his practice is commercial landlord and tenant work for both landlords and tenants. This work includes dilapidations claims, break notice cases, rent review disputes and contentious lease renewals.

Previously Non-Executive Director of 3 Birmingham based charities but none current.
