Position

Steve is a leading expert in all commercial disputes and has acted for a range of large PLCs and privately owned companies in a variety of disputes including commercial contracts, professional negligence, injunctions, partnerships and warranties in sale and purchase agreements. Over the last few years much of Steve’s work has concentrated on enforcing various restrictive covenants. He has also been involved in several ‘team move’ type cases. Steve has also undertaken far more professional negligence claimant work, including acting for claimants in cases against accountants and solicitors.

Trained Herbert Smith; qualified 1993; partner Gateley 2002 to date.

Education

Bristol University (LLB); College of Law.

Leisure
