Position
Mark is a leading corporate finance partner and heads Gateley’s banking and finance team in the East Midlands. He specialises in corporate finance and banking, including mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts and company disposal transactions. Mark is one of the leading lawyers in his field in the East Midlands and has an extensive client base of owner managed or led businesses, larger companies and banks. He is also a sector specialist in waste management and disposal. Recent successes include acting for PJD Group Limited on its acquisition of Grayton Holdings Limited and acting for management on the MBI of Troy (UK) Limited. Mark also acted for the sellers on the sale of Hewitt Robins International Holdings Limited to TRF Limited (a subsidiary of Tata).
