Commercial Dispute Resolution

Position

Neil is a Legal Director in our Commercial Dispute Resolution team and acts for a wide range of clients in a variety of business sectors. His particular areas of specialism include breach of contract and warranty claims, breach of confidentiality, shareholder & partnership disputes, public procurement disputes and restrictive covenants.

Neil also has a wide range of experience in obtaining emergency relief such as search and seize orders and prohibitive injunctions.
He is a trustee of Birmingham Citizens’ Advice Bureau.

University of Birmingham BA Hons History Graduate; University of Birmingham Post Graduate Diploma in Law; University of Law Legal Practice Course.
