Rebecca is an Associate in our Commercial Dispute Resolution team and has experience in advising a range of clients on a variety of contentious matters, she specialises in pensions litigation.

She is experienced in a wide range of commercial litigation matters, with particular specialism in breach of contract and warranty claims, professional negligence and employment and commercial restrictive covenant claims. She also has experience in dealing with cases requiring urgent remedies, such as search orders and other injunctive relief.

Successes include:

- Acted for a defendant PLC in a breach of contract claim and successfully got the claim against them struck out due to continued non-compliances with CPR rules.

- Acted for a claimant company in a breach of restrictive covenant case in obtaining search and seize and delivery up orders.

- Acted for an individual in successfully defending a claim concerning the validity of a will in a contentious probate action.
