Commercial property.

Position

Mary focuses on commercial property law and commercial secured lending. Mary has in-depth experience in representing both lenders and project financiers and has acted on a number of large-scale commercial and residential development schemes and out-of-town retail parks. Mary’s expertise includes the full spectrum of commercial property work, acquisitions and disposals, property development, investment transactions, property management, granting and taking of leases and, in addition, has a significant secured lending practice. Mary acts for a number of banks, financiers and investors, hotel and leisure groups, healthcare establishments, retailers, owner-managed businesses and manufacturers in relation to their commercial property law requirements, and stands out particularly for her property finance expertise. Mary’s experience also includes advising on the property aspects of insolvency arrangements and transactions. Mary deals also with building construction documentation and planning/infrastructure documentation.
