Position
Richard Pell is head of the Brethertons civil litigation department and senior partner. He acts for companies, businesses and individuals who require advice on matters which are contentious. These include cases on property, personal disputes, debt recovery, medical negligence and personal injury (claimant). Richard is an APIL member, a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel and a member of the Law Society Professional Negligence Panel. He deals on a daily basis with international and national insurance companies on behalf of clients. Richard’s expertise includes: civil litigation (general commercial litigation) and disputes; accidents – including claims involving serious brain injuries; contentious probate; international litigation work including personal injury and accident cases in Spain, Cuba, Portugal, Egypt, France and the US; sports injuries, including international; industrial injuries; public liability; clinical negligence claims; debt recovery.
