Career

Sarah qualified with Bevan Ashford in 2000. She joined Brachers in 2004 and was made partner in 2013. 

Her work involves advising on a full range of commercial and agricultural property matters, including sales and purchases, options, overage, leases, Farm Business Tenancies and Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 Tenancies. 

Sarah has particular expertise in land transactions involving trusts and pension funds. She has advised on the property aspects of complicated restructuring arrangements involving family trusts and partnerships.
