Career

Rob joined Brachers in 1991, completed his qualifications as a Chartered Legal Executive in 1998, joined the management team in 2007 and was made Partner in 2015. 

Rob has a wealth of experience regarding debts due under Consumer Credit Agreements, including hire purchase, rental agreements, etc, as well as numerous other situations, ranging from outstanding fees to schools and colleges, to business to business debt. He is widely known and respected within the credit industry, particularly for his work with the Civil Court Users Association.
