Position
A specialist property and Chancery litigation lawyer with 13 years’ experience, Rachel heads up the property litigation team in Liverpool and advises clients on commercial lease disputes (from forfeiture to dilapidations), freehold matters, including restrictive covenant disputes, easements disputes, professional negligence claims and any other land-related matters. Rachel has been involved in several reported cases, notably the Court of Appeal cases of Williams v Sandy Land (Chester) Ltd [2006] and Margerison v Bates [2008], both of which have become key authorities.
