Has developed a particular expertise in landlord and tenant work, advising on purchases and sales and portfolio management work for individuals and corporates, including Computer Associates and Getronics. Also part of a highly specialised team advising on all aspects of leasehold enfranchisement work where tenants of residential property wish to either buy their freeholds or extend their leases.
