Position
John is a partner in the financial regulatory group and specialises in the regulation of firms in the wholesale securities markets. He has a particular focus on the regulation of multilateral trading facilities and also has extensive experience of global custody and the intermediation of securities services cross border. He has considerable expertise in regulatory capital issues and advises several banks and investment firms on capital adequacy matters. He acts for several broker dealers, investment banks and MTFs and is a regular speaker and commentator on regulatory issues.
