Commercial litigation partner. David leads the reputation protection and media litigation team, specialising in media crisis management, defamation, privacy and confidentiality, and in the protection of rights and reputation online, including website content, domain name disputes and internet anti-piracy. David also leads the firm’s hedge defence team, advising hedge funds on dispute resolution and litigation.
