Position
Monica is Addleshaw Goddard’s senior partner and a partner in the litigation practice. Monica has acted in disputes in diverse jurisdictions, including the US, South Africa, Iceland, Ghana, India, Dubai, and most European jurisdictions. She litigates through arbitration and the courts, and her broad experience includes contractual disputes, (including rectification, specific performance injunctions, warranties and indemnities, termination and royalties), minority shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, passing off, use of confidential information trade mark and copyright disputes. Monica has experience of US litigation, having practised in a US law firm in New York. She was one of ‘The Lawyers Magazine’s ‘Hot 100’ lawyers for 2007 and 2011, and is an accredited CEDR mediator. Monica champions the firm’s diversity initiatives. Monica is a recorder (civil) and a non-executive director of Channel 4 corporation.
