Position
John is a leading figure in the firm’s commercial litigation and dispute resolution department which advises corporate clients on the resolution of all commercial disputes, whether by negotiation, litigation, arbitration or mediation. The firm’s clients are drawn from the banking and financial sectors and sophisticated manufacturers in the pharmaceutical, food and drinks and engineering industries and IT companies. John’s experience is broadly based and he frequently advises on the interpretation and enforcement of domestic and international contracts through litigation and arbitration. John is the head of the firm’s product liability practice which regularly represents clients in complex multi-party litigation, particularly pharmaceutical and healthcare claims. An increasing part of the group’s work involves mediation and John has handled a number of major disputes resolved through mediation. John is an accredited CEDR mediator.
