Position

Kim is head of the employment team in Scotland. She is committed to delivering her clients’ commercial objectives within an employment law framework. She is an expert in restructuring/reorganisations, TUPE transfers, representation in employment tribunal cases, troubleshooting relationship issues, advising on the employee aspects of corporate and property deals, and insolvencies. Her clients include public and private companies, charities, public sector groups, senior management, regulatory bodies and individuals. She has particular expertise in the food and drink, oil and gas, leisure, professional services and life sciences sectors. She provides specialist employment law training to all levels of management within organisations and is also a highly regarded external employment law speaker.
