Position
Partner in the planning and environmental group and is the lead partner responsible for the Manchester office. He has specialised in planning and environmental law for over 17 years and advises developers, landowners, funders and public sector clients on a range of planning and environmental matters. Particular areas of expertise include strategic planning advice, planning applications and appeals, development plans, enforcement, minerals, highways, compulsory purchase, judicial review, renewable energy, contaminated land liability, environmental due diligence and environmental and waste regulatory compliance. Grant has been involved in a number of urban regeneration projects, including substantial landmark mixed-use developments in the Midlands and the Northwest.
