Business support and restructuring.
Position
National head of the business support and restructuring department dealing with corporate restructuring and insolvency work. His work includes corporate restructuring and refinancing work as well as acting for banks in restructuring or managing exits for investors in stressed and distressed businesses, and for companies and office holders if and when formal insolvency procedures are necessary. Also regularly advises parties interested in purchasing distressed debt and/or businesses.
