Head of IBB's corporate and commercial team. He is a very experienced and highly regarded corporate/commercial lawyer whose experience includes working in the City, industry and a leading regional practice before joining IBB in September 2005 as a partner. David has particular expertise in corporate, finance, pensions and insolvency law and has advised on transactions with values of up to £100m. His clients have ranged from start-up companies to large institutions including UK and overseas private and public companies, as well as governments and state trading agencies.
