Kim specialises in private equity and corporate finance transactions with a particular focus on venture capital and private equity investments. He has a strong track record of project managing private equity investments from start to finish in the energy and renewable sectors.

Richard Wrigley advised on the sale of Armitage Pet Care to Rutland Partners. Adam McGiveron handled fifteen corporate acquisitions for Alliance Automotive.
