Career

Paul has significant experience acting for commercial and residential developers and Local Authorities on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious planning matters.

He is regularly involved in the management of planning applications and appeals, the preparation of planning obligations under s.106 of the Town and Country Planning Act and other infrastructure agreements and carrying out due diligence on behalf of clients.

Paul acts as an advocate at Planning Inquiries and is experienced in dealing with Town and Village Greens and Assets of Community Value.
