Position
Well-known founder and principal of well-regarded and long-established niche firm providing specialist advice and assistance to corporate and private clients, primarily in relation to the categories of stay based on investment, business and work skills, also the student and family categories, and European Free Movement rights. Acts as specialist consultant/of counsel to larger law firms in UK and overseas providing full service for all non-asylum categories of stay, including appeals. Emphasis on results strategies for clients rather than litigation; extensive experience of applications for British citizenship, and through a network of contacts abroad, able to assist with multi-jurisdictional immigration and nationality problems. No publicly funded work.
