Position
John advises employers and trustees on all aspects of pensions law, including issues involved in corporate transactions, scheme mergers, wind-ups and documentation and employment matters. He also advises on pension disputes including rectification and professional negligence claims against pensions advisers. He speaks regularly on pensions issues at external conferences. John is appointed as a TPAS adviser.
