Daniel leads the travel team based in Southampton. He is a specialist in multi-jurisdictional disputes and travel insurance litigation. He has worked on the leading cases involving Rome II, the implication of the European motor directives on English law. Daniel’s expertise has seen him act for both claimants and insurers, mostly in contentious matters. He has a particular specialism in handling foreign personal injury matters, advising insurers as a result of accidents that have happened abroad and dealing with general litigation, professional negligence and commercial disputes with an international or multi-jurisdictional element.
