Position
Rich’s practice covers financings in many sectors. Rich has particular expertise in financings for care homes, hotels and retailers. Rich is an expert in a diverse range of banking facilities including facilities to provide working capital, facilities to fund property development and facilities to fund acquisitions. Rich has experience of advising on regional, national and international transactions and has particular expertise in international financings involving overseas companies owning property and leasing it to operational companies in England. Rich works with a range of documentation including facility agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements and legal opinions. Rich is an expert in bilateral bank standard documentation and Loan Market Association documents designed for the syndicated loan market.
