Position
Specialist motoring offences lawyer with national recognition. He has represented fellow solicitors, premiership footballers and celebrities. Has defended motorists in connection with all types of speeding cases. One of note is in Kent, which resulted in Kent police having to suspend enforcement using laser devices due to poor training of police officers. More recently, he has been recognised for his success in defending motorists in connection with drink driving offences and in securing acquittals. Philip is now expanding his practice into white-collar crime. He has also presented to DHL Executives on the new Bribery Act 2010, as well as to DAS Legal Expenses Insurer and the Southern Region of the CBI. Philip is also a specialist alcohol and entertainment licensing lawyer. Clients include Blenheim Palace, Maison Blanc and Cornbury Park.
