Head of the commercial litigation team at the Oxford office. Handles complex commercial and corporate disputes, often in multiple jurisdictions. Has particular expertise in the resolution of disputes between shareholders and those arising from the sale and purchase of companies. Has, in recent years, run a series of fraud claims arising from VAT counsel fraud and has recovered over £10m to date.

Hong Kong police (senior detective inspector in regional crime unit); trained Johnson Stokes & Masters, Hong Kong; qualified 1998; returned to England 2001 and joined Blake Lapthorn; partner 2006.
