Position
Jonathan is chairman of the firm. He specialises in conflict management and commercial dispute resolution, in particular dealing with construction issues, professional negligence and contract claims. He is developing expertise in large project conflict process for public authorities. Recognised as a leader in the field of mediation by ‘Chambers UK’ and ‘The Legal 500’, Jonathan was one of the first qualified mediators in the UK. His skill as a mediator and his background in commercial litigation are invaluable when assessing and resolving complex disputes, as well as dealing with partnership issues.
