Litigation and dispute resolution: one of the leading firms in the South, specialising in all areas including litigation, arbitration (domestic and international) and alternative dispute resolution. The firm’s cases are regularly heard in the High Court, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. Specialist teams cover construction and engineering, property, IP, IT, licensing, environmental law, business regulatory, insolvency and business recovery, debt recovery, professional negligence, disciplinary law and travel law.
