Insolvency and business recovery.
Position
Adrian is a partner and head of the South Coast insolvency and business recovery team. Adrian has specialised in insolvency for over 20 years. He has worked on a range of significant insolvency assignments from a major restructuring project in the Far East to heading up the Treasury Solicitor’s companies and regulation team, responsible for public interest winding up and directors’ disqualification. Adrian has a focus on transactional work and has particular expertise in advising banks and asset-based lenders.

Trained Freshfields, London 1988-90; qualified 1990; Bond Pearce solicitor (Plymouth) 1990-95, partner (Southampton) 1995-98; senior manager Freshfields Brukhaus Deringer, London 1998-2001; partner Gouldens, London 2001-03; senior lawyer the Treasury Solicitor, London 2003-05; partner Bond Pearce, Southampton 2005-07; partner Lamb Brooks, Basingstoke 2007-09; made partner at present firm 2009 to date. Publications of note: contributor to ‘Tolley’s Insolvency Law’ and ‘Lightman & Moss’ on the ‘Law of Administrators and Receivers of Companies’.
