Position
Heads the business immigration team having concentrated on employment and business related immigration advice to corporate and individual clients (including sports and entertainment entities and individuals) since 1992. Work covers a wide spectrum of applications including sponsorship under the points based system, Tier 1 (general) highly skilled migrant and post study work, Tier 1 entrepreneurs and investors, Tier 2 sponsorship of skilled workers and Tier 5 youth mobility and temporary workers. The team also deals with UK visa and entry clearance application; settlement, student (tier 4), marriage, unmarried partner and civil partner applications; citizenship application; prevention of illegal working and avoidance of civil penalties; and immigration appeals.
