Position
Commercial property partner specialising in a broad spectrum of commercial and residential property development, a large proportion of which has included the registered providers of affordable housing. Undertakes work relating to site acquisition (with considerable experience in substantial land option and promotion agreements), through to funding, build out and disposal. Also undertakes a considerable amount of non-contentious landlord and tenant work, particularly on the retail, storage and distribution side. Involved regularly in large-scale acquisitions and disposals, including high-value large agricultural land transactions, secured lending and corporate support. Also major projects experience in the PFI/PPP, having acted for both public and private sector clients. Acts for a broad client base, including developers, landlords, end-users and tenants and funders, including large national and multinational clients.
