A leading expert in fraud litigation, he has a wealth and depth of experience in both civil and criminal trials and corporate investigations. he is continuously engaged in major complex fraud trials including tax and VAT fraud, commercial and corporate fraud, banking fraud, corruption, division fraud, missing trader carousal fraud, mortgage fraud and money laundering. Mark has many years experience as a regulatory lawyer and chairs disciplinary panels.
