Specialising in risk management; clients included Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Tarmac, Black & Vetch and numerous international construction and energy exploration and development companies. 1992-present: management of complex civil and criminal litigation. Cases include: R v Rastogi (RBG Resources), HSBC v 5th Avenue, R v Hill (Safe Solutions), R v John Palmer. Established Bivonas with John Bechelet and John Bivona in 1997.
