Position
Head of employment. The firm has a team of two specialising in employment law, acting for a balance (65:35) of employer and employee clients. Eoin is a regular tribunal advocate, having appeared at 15 Tribunal Centres around the UK in over 100 cases. Over the last three years he has been a main speaker at regional CIPD Law Conference. Notable cases include Thornett v Scope, CA, 2007 IRLR 155, a leading authority on future loss in unfair dismissal claims. The employment team acts for 27 organisations with over 100 staff and five with over 500 staff.
