Advising art collectors, galleries, museums, artists, banks, insurance companies, art investment funds and cultural institutions on all legal issues arising from creating, dealing, collecting and maintaining art; this includes advising on the sale and purchase of art, international trade, art investments, lending against art, taxation, intellectual property and dispute resolution.
