Consultant, specialises in advising on charities’ governance and operations, and issues relating to tax-efficient charitable giving, venture philanthropy, social investment and the structuring of transactions involving charities and others to deliver social benefit in the domestic and international context. His understanding of the law relating to money laundering and terrorist financing in its application to charities operations has been described as ‘unique’.
