Position
Partner in the international wealth planning group, specialising in tax, trust and succession planning for international families. Particularly interested in private international law issues, and has successfully lobbied the Swiss government in connection with the ratification and transposition of the Hague Trust Convention. Recently advised two offshore governments on the introduction of a new law on foundations, as well as a continental European government on the recognition of trust and the modernisation of the existing private international law rules on successions.
