Head of Italian group. Litigation and arbitration partner, specialising in advising corporate and banking clients on a wide variety of contentious matters often involving cross border issues. Acts for Italian multinationals in solving issues arising in wholly-owned or part-owned subsidiaries with particular expertse in shareholder disputes. He has a particular expertise in cross-border insolvency issues. He advises extensively on international arbitrations conducted under the rules of the LCIA, ICC and ad hoc.
