Partner specialising in all aspects of domestic and international tax and estate planning for UK and non-UK individuals, advises UK and non-UK domiciliaries in connection with personal estate planning, in particular drafting onshore and offshore trusts and wills and dealing with related governance and taxation issues; special focus on US/UK estate planning and planning for Latin Americans, having spent three years on secondment to the US offices.
