Position

Chairman at the firm and head of international commercial group. Specialises in corporate, commercial and corporate finance transactions involving the acquisition and disposal of businesses and shares for both private and public companies, joint ventures and capital raising; emphasis on cross-border transactions, particularly those involving Italy, US and the UK in the technology sectors. In-depth knowledge and interest in the media and pharmaceutical industries as a result of various secondments to UK and European clients in those sectors. Lectures regularly on a variety of subjects including private equity and AIM. Invited to speak at various AIM seminars by the London Exchange in Greece, Italy, Switzerland, New York and Greenwich.
