Partner and head of the landowner development team. Alison specialises in acting for landowners on major residential (50-house plus sites) and commercial development of greenfield and brownfield sites throughout the south of England. She and her team continue to act only for landowners, which avoids perceived conflicts of interest. Alison’s clients range from traditional landed estates to farmers and major charities. The work encompasses a wide range of transactions, from options and conditional contracts to joint ventures and landowners’ agreements and leases.

Qualified 1992; partner, Wilsons 1998. She has published in ‘Farmland Market’, ‘The Times’ and ‘The Telegraph’.
