Position
Deborah has extensive experience in all aspects of both contentious and non-contentious employment law, acting for both employer clients and senior executives. Deborah’s work has included resolving cross-border/senior executive compromise agreements, proactively advising on a whole range of both day-to-day and complex employment issues including a number of TUPE-related matters, advising charities on the employment aspects of incorporation, negotiating collective agreements with trade unions and defending employer clients in complex tribunal claims. In addition to advising a range of large commercial and charity clients, she is also well-regarded for her specialist knowledge in advising those in the marine industry.
