Position
Partner and head of the litigation department. Mike has specialist skills in the field of contentious probate and trust litigation, acting for both trustees/executors and beneficiaries. He also has particular experience in landlord and tenant disputes in respect of agricultural land (especially rent review arbitrations and succession applications) and claims concerning title, boundaries, rights of way and nuisance. His practice also covers professional negligence actions against property professionals (solicitors and surveyors), as well as high-value company/commercial disputes, including breach of contract, share sales and injunctions. He is experienced in mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
