Position

Robin is a partner in Willans’ agriculture & estates department, specialising in rural and land development work.

Career

With a master’s degree from Oxford, Robin trained and worked for City firm Slaughter and May before returning to his home town Cheltenham in the early 1980’s. He was a partner at Rickerbys for more than 20 years and led their agriculture and estates department. Robin joined Willans in 2016 from Lodders in Stratford-upon-Avon.

Widely regarded as an expert in his field, he advises farmers, landowners and rural businesses on all areas of agricultural law, including sporting rights, farm business tenancies, agri-environmental schemes and the Basic Payment Scheme.
