Position
Managing director and senior associate solicitor, specialist in commercial property law, particularly in relation to public sector estate; lead lawyer and responsible for client liaison for a wide range of public sector clients, including both central and local government organisations. Acts as a main point of contact for clients including the Ministry of Defence, HMRC, the Audit Commission, English Heritage, Surrey Consortium and Arts Council England, as well as users of Buying Solutions Property and Estates panel, the 31 ACSeS (Southern Branch) panel authorities, users of the Healthcare Purchasing Consortium’s panel and the North West Collaborative Commercial Agency; has project managed substantial cases, including the estate rationalisation programme for CSCI.

Qualified 1987; partner Winter Taylors 1990; joined the Government Property Lawyers in Taunton 1991; founding partner/director Davitt Jones Bould, Taunton 1999 to date.
