Position

David is regional office head for the Birmingham office and leads the Birmingham disease team. He specialises primarily in the field of occupational lung disease, with particular focus on asbestos induced injuries, asthma and allergy claims. He is regularly instructed by clients who have no insurance cover and also advises clients on transfer of undertakings regulations, corporate liability, associated risk management and policy issues.
