Position
Regional office head in Liverpool and head of regulatory services nationally; specialist in advising in relation to regulatory enforcement action, especially in the field of health and safety, including involvement in railway disaster and construction fatality cases; acts predominantly for defendants but some prosecution experience too; extensive advocacy experience in the magistrates and coroners courts on behalf of commercial organisations, professional advisers and public bodies in sectors ranging from healthcare to construction; considerable experience over many years of handling employer’s and public liability claims, with particular interest in the construction, manufacturing and transport/logistics sectors.
