Position
Anna is an expert in information technology projects and outsourcing. She regularly advises clients on major projects and procurements, project management, project planning, software development, project scope, negligence and software exploitation/licensing. She has substantial experience in acting for suppliers, prime contractors and customers. Anna is also frequently involved in ongoing projects: to assist her clients to improve their negotiating position, to manage risk and to deal with change. Anna is an expert in litigation, arbitration and mediation. Anna specialises in technology projects and intellectual property. As well as handling disputes involving major IT projects, outsourcing and procurements, Anna also advises about risk management and project planning. She also deals with intellectual property issues involving software licensing, domain names, database rights, brand protection and counterfeiting.
